Please quote janitorial and grounds maintenance for four years at Ashland Port of Entry, 182 NB Interstate 5, milepost 18, Ashland, OR 97520.

Facility: 2,673 square feet: 1,208 of hard flooring and 1,465 of carpet in the truck inspection and scale house/office areas.
Cleaning: Clean, disinfect and restock restrooms and clean the truck inspection office and remove trash Fridays; provide scale house/office floor care, dusting, trash removal and surface cleaning on the second and fourth Fridays, during 8 a.m.–10 p.m., excluding observed holidays.
Periodic cleaning: Clean entrance glass and interior/exterior window glass three times yearly; deep-clean carpets annually.
Grounds: Mow monthly March–October, trim hedges quarterly, trim trees annually if needed, and remove resulting debris around the safety office and truck inspection areas.
Supplies: Provide labor, equipment and approved environmentally friendly cleaning products; restroom supplies are provided on-site, and staff background checks are required.
Emergency service: Arrive within one hour for emergency cleaning.
