What the job is
Scope: On-site troubleshooting, treatment optimization, leak detection, pipe and pump repair recommendations, source water sampling, and technical, managerial, and financial assistance.
Surface water support: Filtration, backwash procedures, chemical feed and coagulation control, monitoring equipment calibration, and disinfectant contact time calculations.
Staffing: Oregon-registered Professional Engineer and Oregon Level 3 or Level 4 Water Treatment Operator with a Filtration Endorsement.
Service limits: Up to 10 hours per identified problem; additional approved work includes contact time determinations and asset management in 15-hour increments and project management in 20-hour increments.
Term and reporting: Anticipated two-year term, with potential extensions up to five years; written summaries of assistance, recommendations, and time spent.
Pricing: Please provide hourly service and travel rates.
