Please quote approximately 450–600 tons of biomass pellet fuel for delivery to Rees Training Center, Hermiston, Oregon, for the 2026/2027 heating season.

Fuel quality: Pellet Fuels Institute Premium Grade with certification and test results.
Pellet size: Density 40–46 pounds per cubic foot; diameter 0.23–0.285 inch; no more than 1% longer than 1.50 inches; durability score at least 96.5.
Fuel limits: Fine particles no more than 0.5%; ash no more than 1%; moisture no more than 8%; heating value 8,500–8,600 Btu per pound; chloride no more than 300 parts per million; nitrogen and sulfur each no more than 1,000 parts per million.
Bulk filling: Include equipment and labor to fill two 26-ton silos and one 15-ton silo through 2-by-2-foot overhead hatches about 18–21 feet above ground.
Bag option: Palletized 2,000-pound super sacks; onsite forklift unloading is available.
Delivery: Full truckloads as requested throughout the season; first delivery anticipated November 23–27, 2026, no later than December 1; receiving Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–2:30 PM.
