What the job is
Coverage: Quote one or more complete regions: North Eastside, South Eastside, East and West Central, or West Side, with pricing for each facility.
Services: Stake and plow roadways, driveways, and parking areas to the surface; apply salt or approved noncorrosive ice melt. Sidewalks and walkways are excluded.
Timing: Remove snowfall of 1 inch or more and complete clearing by 6:00 a.m., including weekends and holidays. Provide immediate emergency response; additional daily services require approval.
Capacity: Dedicated access to at least 8 plow trucks, 3 wheel loaders, 5 skid steers, salt spreaders, and snow hauling equipment; at least 5 trained operators, an operations manager, and backup resources.
Term: November 1, 2026–November 1, 2029, with two optional one-year extensions.
Pricing: Provide all-inclusive, firm per-event plowing and per-application salting prices, plus hourly equipment rates for approved snow hauling and additional work. Include materials, labor, equipment, staking, travel, and insurance; exclude Ohio sales tax.
