What the job is
Scope: Sweep and remove debris; pretreat heavy oil, diesel, and grease; wash and scrub platforms, bus lanes, and designated sidewalks; complete final cleanup.
Schedule: Three-year term, generally March–October. Estimated six cleanings annually at Wright Stop Plaza and three at each other hub; additional cleanings may be requested, with no guaranteed volume.
Work windows: Wright Stop Plaza: 1:00–4:00 AM. Other hubs: weekdays, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM. Provide five days’ advance notice and complete each cleaning within its window.
Equipment: Industrial heated pressure washing and mechanical scrubbing equipment with water recovery. Maximum 2,500 PSI on Wright Stop Plaza platform pavers and mortar.
Wastewater: Recover, transport, and properly dispose of wastewater and contaminated waste; prevent unauthorized discharge into drains or waterways.
Pricing: Provide hourly rates and per-cleaning prices for each location for all three years, firm for the term. Include labor, equipment, water, chemicals, travel, mobilization, wastewater disposal, and site protection.
