What the job is
Area: Parking lot approximately 375 × 111 feet; driveway approximately 192 × 35 feet.
Asphalt patching: Saw cut and remove damaged asphalt 2–4 inches deep, compact the sub-base as needed, and install and compact new hot-mix asphalt.
Crack sealing: Clean and seal cracks wider than 1/4 inch with hot rubberized sealant.
Sealcoating: Clean surfaces and apply two coats of commercial-grade coal tar or asphalt emulsion sealer.
Striping and curb painting: Repaint existing parking stalls, fire lanes, accessible spaces, arrows, and other markings with DOT-approved traffic paint, following the current layout and ADA/local requirements. Paint approximately 519 feet of fire curb with a paint/sand mixture.
Completion and cleanup: Complete by October 30, 2026, and remove all debris and materials.
