Marquee: Furnish and install a double-sided outdoor LED marquee on 7 Mile Road, with school name, “Home of the Doughboys,” and mascot graphics. Concrete base by others.
Interior signage: Furnish and install room identification and wayfinding signs with ADA-compliant raised text, Grade 2 Braille, matte finish, and tamper-resistant mounting per signage plans and standards.
Cleaning: One construction clean and one final clean of all surfaces, including fixed furniture and kitchen equipment; one cleaning of all floors and both sides of windows.
Allowances: Include $15,000 for miscellaneous signage work and $15,000 for miscellaneous cleaning work in the respective scope quotes.
