Pavement markings: Install thermoplastic gateway and wayfinding symbols in white with purple backing, directional arrows, bicycle symbols with high-friction green surfacing, stop lines, crosswalks, centerlines, edge lines, and clear-corner markings. Remove conflicting existing markings.
Signage: Supply and install 19 Neighborway signs, two directional arrow signs, one bicycle/arrow sign, one No Parking sign, and one 20 MPH Safety Zone sign, including required posts, bases, hardware, and existing-sign modifications.
Installation: Follow the August 11, 2025 plans, Sheets 1–9, and MUTCD standards; field-verify locations and include all labor, equipment, traffic control, police details if needed, and cleanup.
Pricing: Include Massachusetts prevailing wages in your lump-sum price, plus an estimated schedule, material specifications, and any exclusions or assumptions.
