Schedule: As-needed assignments over an initial three-year term, anticipated to start February 1, 2027; no guaranteed volume.
Qualifications: A staffed Massachusetts office, at least 10 years of firm and supervisory experience, and at least two Massachusetts-licensed brokerage team members.
Pricing: Hourly rates by team member and title, plus brokerage commission rates, with transaction-value tiers if applicable. Any proposed annual hourly rate increases must not exceed 3%.
