What the job is
Schedule: 38 whole-building cleanings from December 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027, ranging from every other week to three times weekly. Preferred cleaning hours are 4 pm–7 am.
Floors and surfaces: Vacuum carpets; vacuum and mop other floors; dust desks, counters, phones, and keyboards; wipe the breakroom sink and faucets; disinfect door knobs and interior railings.
Glass and displays: Inspect and clean display glass and interior windows as needed. Use microfiber cloths only, without cleaner, on display panels.
Restrooms and waste: Clean and disinfect restroom fixtures and surfaces, polish and disinfect drinking fountains, refill paper and soap dispensers, and empty and reline trash cans, taking waste to the dumpster.
Supplies: Mop, vacuum, dusters, paper products, hand soap, trash bags, and standard cleaning products are provided. Your own cleaning products require approval.
Site visit: Mandatory; listed visit dates were September 22, 23, or 29. Please indicate whether you completed a visit.
