QualityAt least 90% of bases above Q30 for 1 × 50, 2 × 50, 2 × 100, and 2 × 150 bp reads; at least 85% for 2 × 300 bp.
InformaticsIntegrated onboard base calling, QC, BCL conversion, compression, alignment, sorting, duplicate marking, variant calling, and raw/processed data export. Identify additional licenses, cloud dependencies, external computing, and recurring fees.
SuppliesInclude all accessories, software, reagents, and consumables for installation, verification, and approximately 50 samples over the first two years; itemize quantities and pricing.
Setup and supportInclude inside delivery, installation, configuration, qualification, verification run, onsite training, and a minimum one-year manufacturer warranty from acceptance. Separately price extended coverage for five years total.
