Software: Configurable web-based system with immunization records, clinical decision support, reminder/recall, vaccine inventory, provider and school nurse functions, public portal, and reporting.
Migration and integrations: Convert all legacy data with no loss, resolve duplicate records, preserve existing HL7 connections, and integrate birth records, Health Link, VTrckS, Maven, newborn screening, and Medicaid.
Capacity: At least 5 million patient records and 1,000 simultaneous users, with response times of 3 seconds or less and availability of at least 22 hours daily.
Security: HIPAA compliance, mySD and Microsoft Entra ID single sign-on, API management integration, encryption, audit trails, vulnerability testing, and WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility. Services and data storage must remain in the continental United States.
Delivery and pricing: Anticipated start February 1, 2027; target go-live March 2, 2028; support through May 31, 2032. Include configuration, testing, training, disaster recovery, licensing, and support costs, with separate pricing for available vendor-hosted, on-premises, and Azure PaaS hosting options.
