What the job is

Provider support: Provide ongoing credentialing assistance and help new or low-utilization providers address claims, transportation, and other barriers to care.
Goals and reporting: Target 3% increases in Medicaid-credentialed dentists and dental claims; provide monthly check-ins and progress reports, plus a final outcomes and sustainability report by June 30, 2027.
Pricing: Include all service, travel, and overhead costs in a fixed-price quote, with costs by deliverable and separate renewal pricing.
