Scope: Evaluate nursing facility applicants and residents with indications of serious mental illness, including co-occurring developmental disabilities; provide clinical reports, placement recommendations, and categorical reviews.
Turnaround and coverage: Routine evaluations within 3–5 calendar days; expedited evaluations within 24 hours. Include weekend and holiday coverage, plus administrative support daily from 8 a.m.–5 p.m. Eastern Time.
Staffing: Ohio-licensed mental health clinicians with relevant assessment experience and PASRR training.
Systems and support: Provide a secure, HIPAA-compliant web-based system for evaluations, workflow, reporting, invoicing, and quality assurance; include notification letters and translation services.
Service period and pricing: Services begin July 1, 2027, through June 30, 2029. Provide fixed per-evaluation rates for each category, including startup, systems, administration, travel, and related expenses.
