Scope: Comprehensive dental benefit administration, statewide general and specialty provider networks, care coordination, and case management.
Operations: Member and provider support, claims processing, utilization management, quality improvement, and secure data reporting.
Local presence: Rhode Island administrative office within 25 miles of the Virks Building, 3 West Road, Cranston, RI 02920, with dedicated local personnel.
Qualifications: At least three consecutive years managing medical or dental benefits for at least 50,000 combined members, with current NCQA or URAC accreditation.
Term: July 1, 2027–June 30, 2030, with up to three annual renewals.
Payment: Risk-bearing arrangement with established monthly per-member rates; program capitation rates are fixed and non-negotiable.
