- East ZoneEstimated 24,944 gallons in 2,694 containers: 17,028 gallons sealed and 7,916 gallons unsealed.
- West ZoneEstimated 24,841 gallons in 1,871 containers: 18,092 gallons sealed and 6,749 gallons unsealed.
- CollectionCoordinate individual site pickups, including pails, drums, totes, and tanks; provide pumping or vacuum transfer and damaged-container overpacking as needed.
- Destruction and recordsUse demonstrated PFAS destruction technology with required permits and documented destruction efficiency; provide barcode-based chain of custody, destruction certificates, and monthly reports.
- PricingProvide separate all-inclusive per-gallon rates for sealed and unsealed containers in each zone quoted, based on registered container capacities. Include transport, storage, testing, consolidation, container disposal, rinsate and byproduct management, permitting, and reporting.
- ScheduleAnticipated start in December 2026, with destruction targeted by December 31, 2027. West Zone includes support for an Allen County media event in early January 2027.
