Waste types: Medical, infectious, biohazard, sharps, pathology, chemotherapy, and hazardous and non-hazardous pharmaceutical waste, including controlled substances.
Containers: Supply and service suitable containers, including 15–30 gallon boxes, 28–44 gallon tubs, and 200 gallon rollers, based on site requirements.
Pickup schedules: Site-specific service ranging from weekly to annual pickups, plus on-call pickups within 24 hours. Quantities vary by location.
Handling and records: Maintain required licenses and permits, use authorized treatment and disposal facilities, and provide disposal records and controlled chain of custody for pharmaceutical waste.
Pricing: Provide itemized, all-inclusive pricing by location and standard pickup quantity, plus additional-container rates by size and waste type. Include containers, collection, transportation, treatment, disposal, and all expenses; hold rates firm for one year with Net 60 payment terms.
