Concrete quantities: Estimated: 125 square yards each of 4-inch sidewalk, monolithic sidewalk and 6-inch driveway entrances; 270 feet of standup curb; 170 feet of 30-inch, 50 feet of 24-inch and 20 feet of 18-inch curb and gutter; 45 feet of valley curb.
Additional work: 5 accessible ramps with detectable warnings, 2 additional warning plates, labor to install 5 feet of granite curb, 15 feet of flat brick border, 10 valve box adjustments, 5 tons of stone, 15 tons of asphalt repair and 8,500 square feet of seeding and mulching.
Materials: Concrete must reach at least 4,000 psi strength at 28 days and contain 5–7% air; include demolition, disposal, grading, forms, reinforcement, finishing, joint sealing and backfill.
Site work: Repairs are typically 5 by 5 feet or 8 by 10 feet; allow at least three visits per cut, 65 trips to set up work, 25 lane closures and 100 hours of workers directing traffic, with traffic control and accessible pedestrian routes.
Schedule: Planned start is February 8, 2027; complete each batch of 10 orders within 20 days of receipt, and excavate and pour the same day with no open patches overnight.
Warranty: Include a one-year workmanship and materials warranty.
