Workload: As-needed assignments; approximately 300 intersection turning movement counts and 500 mid-block counts annually, plus processing of 300–400 videos annually. Volumes are estimates.
Counts: Intersection and roundabout counts for 13, 16, or 24 hours; mid-block speed, volume, and classification counts for 24 hours, 48 hours, or 7 days. Include separate collection and processing-only rates.
Additional studies: Pedestrian/bicycle/micromobility counts, vehicle occupancy, intersection safety, and curbside dwell time and occupancy.
Equipment and processing: Supply field equipment and a video upload website with count selection and cost estimates; process MP4 videos within 72 hours. Data must come from direct field observations and measurements.
Accuracy and delivery: Counts generally in 15-minute intervals, accurate within ±5 vehicles for volumes up to 100 and within 5% above 100. Provide site details, photographs, PDF reports, Excel-compatible raw data, and uploads to the traffic and crash database; final data generally due within three weeks after fieldwork.
Pricing: Provide all-inclusive USD unit rates by study type and duration, including equipment, travel, processing, reporting, and uploads, for a five-year term with two optional one-year extensions.
