  • CleaningThree complete restroom cleanings daily, hourly checks and replenishment, plus cleaning of service/storage buildings, vending areas, building exteriors, picnic facilities, and paved areas.
  • Staffing per siteSeven days weekly, including holidays. October–March: 7 AM–3 PM and 2 PM–10 PM, totaling 16 attendant hours daily. April–September: 7 AM–3 PM, 10 AM–6 PM, and 3 PM–11 PM, totaling 24 attendant hours daily. Include twelve additional eight-hour shifts per site annually.
  • Supervision and wagesSeparate supervisor coverage of 40 onsite hours weekly across both sites, with 24/7 availability. Minimum hourly pay: attendants $16.23; supervisor $21.23.
  • SuppliesFurnish Green Seal certified supplies and equipment, restroom consumables, emergency inventory, professionally rented and cleaned uniforms, and entrance mats.
  • MaintenanceInclude routine plumbing, lighting, HVAC filter, and fixture repairs; grounds litter pickup, pressure washing, sidewalk snow/ice removal, and water/sewer inspections. Emergency repair personnel must be available within two hours.
  • Waste disposalProvide dumpsters and trash/recycling collection at both sites, including seasonal increases in pickup frequency.
