What the job is
Controls: Design, furnish, program, install, and commission Allen-Bradley PLC upgrades with master/hot-standby control of six pumps across two wet wells, automatic failover, and independent hardwired float backup.
Panels and HMI: UL 508A control panel fabrication, minimum 15% spare I/O per type, and a minimum 24-inch Allen-Bradley Optix HMI with NEMA 4X/IP65 panel face.
Integration: Integrate existing instrumentation, VFDs, soft starters, switchgear, and generator/ATS interfaces; update AVEVA System Platform and duplicate the station application in a Tier 2 read-only system.
Operating limits: Maintain new wet well operation throughout; old wet well pump outages cannot exceed 30 consecutive days.
Completion: Include calibration, acceptance testing, startup, training, as-built drawings, native software files, and a 12-month parts-and-labor warranty.
Pricing: Provide a total not-to-exceed quote with materials, labor hours/rates, travel, and subcontractor costs itemized. Exclude panel power feeds, PLC panel terminations, civil work, network/telecom infrastructure, and instrument process taps.
