What the job is
Preparation: Cut out damaged areas with 40-degree inward edges, clean the cutouts, and prime exposed edges and bottoms with polyurethane binder.
Patching: For damage deeper than 1/2 inch, repair and cure the rubber base layer before installing the wear layer. Use rubber granules and binder, matching existing colors where possible or creating a color design. Finish patches flush with the surrounding surface and seal edge gaps.
Finishing: Allow patches to cure, apply maintenance top-coat conditioner, and remove all debris and equipment.
Schedule: Work is expected to begin in November 2026. Include all labor, materials, and equipment in your price.
