Removal: Remove and dispose of 13 existing 1-ton floor-mounted PTAC units.
Installation: Supply and install 13 wall-mounted, 12,000 BTU Mitsubishi mini split systems or comparable units, with outdoor equipment on brackets above the windows and new refrigerant lines.
Electrical and controls: Reroute existing wiring to outdoor disconnects and install hardwired thermostats in rounded plastic safety guards; no remotes.
Completion: Include startup checks, required permits and inspections, and completion within 30 calendar days of notice to proceed.
Warranty: Include at least one year of parts and labor coverage and five years of equipment coverage.
