Electrical: Install one dedicated 20-amp, 120-volt circuit with a quad receptacle in the attic, plus a dedicated circuit for the split system. Include compatible breakers, conduit, circuit labeling, and voltage, polarity, and grounding testing.
Routing: Surface-mount exterior lines and conduit up the front of the house through a shared penetration below the soffit, then through a second-floor closet ceiling into the third floor. Avoid load-bearing members and seal all penetrations.
Pricing and schedule: Include equipment, labor, permits, inspections, fees, cleanup, and an itemized fixed price. Work is expected November 16–24, 2026, with completion required by November 24.
