What they need

EquipmentFurnish four new Bard Manufacturing units matching existing capacity and function: kitchen WH361-B09 xx4xxx; dance room WH421-509; game room W60H1-B09 VP4xxx; office WH361-B09. Meet current Title 24 standards, existing electrical compatibility, and a maximum noise level of 75 dB.
InstallationVerify site conditions; remove and properly dispose of existing units and refrigerants; include necessary wall-sleeve modifications, ductwork connections, electrical work, permits, and inspections. Disconnect boxes must fit within the existing security cage, which must remain secured.
Controls and testingProvide standalone manufacturer controls; Wi-Fi thermostats are preferred. Include manufacturer-authorized startup, independent testing and balancing with a stamped report, calibration, commissioning, and closeout documentation.
Telecom coordinationCoordinate panel relocation with the telecom provider before replacing the kitchen unit; the provider performs the physical relocation.
ScheduleWork hours are Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–5:00 PM. Preferred completion windows are February 12–15 or March 20–30, 2027, subject to coordination.
WarrantyMinimum one year on labor and five years on parts and compressor.
Site visitMandatory walkthrough November 18, 2026, at 10:00 AM at the project address.
