What the job is
Sites: Approximately 263 acres at the main campus and 9 acres at the training center; confirm maintained areas during the site visit.
Schedule: Weekly service, 8:00 a.m.–8:00 p.m., for nine months annually, excluding December–February. Initial three-year term beginning November 1, 2026, or later.
Lawn and grounds: Mowing at 3 inches in cooler months and 4 inches in hotter months; edging, trimming, debris and leaf removal, weekly parking lot blowing, pavement weed control, and tree clearance of 15 feet.
Treatments: Two insect/disease sprays and two herbicide treatments annually, including spring pre-emergent and at least one post-emergent application; annual fire ant treatment and spot treatments as needed.
Resources: Supply all labor, equipment, materials, and supplies; no subcontracting. Current NC landscape contractor and pesticide applicator licenses required.
Optional pricing: Quote main-campus shrub, mulch, and flower bed care separately, including mulch replenishment and shrub trimming in March and September, weeding, and pruning.
