What the job is
Coverage: All three sites, with approximately 34.35, 1.23, and 1.35 acres of lawn, respectively.
Schedule: One year of service, with 25 standard maintenance visits and 3 winter leaf-removal visits per site. Include initial cleanup and pricing for two optional annual renewals.
Routine maintenance: Mow to 2–3 inches, edge, trim, control weeds, and remove trash, limbs, leaves, and excess clippings. Include grounds, adjoining rights-of-way, gravel areas, and 10-foot clear zones on both sides of fences.
Landscaping: Prune shrubs and trees at least twice annually, up to 10 feet high and 15 feet along roads; remove trees under 6 inches in diameter in fence lines and designated areas. Apply triple-shredded hardwood mulch annually, at least 2 inches deep.
Additional care: Include licensed herbicide applications, applicable stormwater-area maintenance, and annual overseeding of recently landscaped areas. Price as-needed spot seeding, fertilization, and bush-hog work separately.
Resources: Include all labor, equipment, materials, transportation, and debris disposal. Work during weekday site hours: 7 a.m.–3 p.m. at Infantry Road and 8 a.m.–4:30 p.m. at the other sites.
Required site visits: October 6, 2026, at 10 a.m. at Infantry Road, noon at Carolina Beach Road, and 2 p.m. at Main Street, all Eastern Time. Attendance at all three is required.
