What the job is
Facility: 2,764 square feet on one floor; 85% carpet; 7 offices, 1 conference room, 5 common areas, and 2 restrooms.
Schedule: Twice weekly, Wednesdays after 5:00 PM ET and Saturdays.
Routine cleaning: Trash removal, dusting, vacuuming, hard-floor cleaning, kitchen and restroom sanitation, glass cleaning, and restroom supply replenishment.
Periodic cleaning: Annual stripping, waxing, and buffing of tile and linoleum; carpet shampooing, removal and washing of 8 Venetian blinds, and washing restroom walls and partitions twice yearly.
Supplies: Provide all equipment, cleaning products, heavy-duty trash liners, paper products, antibacterial hand soap, and air fresheners. Use approved commercial disinfectants; staff must wear masks and gloves.
Service term: One year starting December 1, 2026, or later, with two optional one-year renewals.
Mandatory site visit: October 19, 2026, at 2:00 PM ET at the service location.
Pricing: Include a monthly rate for routine cleaning and supplies, separate prices for periodic services, and an annual total.
