What the job is
Schedule: Monday through Friday after 5:00 PM ET for one year, starting November 1, 2026, or later.
Routine cleaning: Trash removal, kitchen and restroom cleaning, dusting, vacuuming, hard-floor cleaning, glass cleaning, and replenishing restroom supplies.
Periodic services: Annual carpet shampooing, hard-floor stripping/waxing/buffing, and blind washing with removal; blind dusting twice yearly.
Supplies and equipment: Include all cleaning equipment, commercial cleaning products, heavy-duty trash liners, air fresheners, non-generic antibacterial hand soap, toilet paper, and roll paper towels compatible with existing dispensers. Use approved EPA-registered disinfectants; no liquid bleach or pine-oil products.
Site visit: Mandatory attendance on October 12, 2026, at 11:00 AM ET at the service location.
Pricing: Provide a monthly cleaning rate and separate prices for the annual and twice-yearly services.
