What the job is
Schedule: Cleaning five days per week, Monday–Friday, within 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, excluding observed holidays. Initial term is one year, with two optional one-year renewals.
Routine cleaning: Trash removal, restroom and kitchenette cleaning and restocking, vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and glass spot cleaning, plus scheduled biweekly and monthly tasks.
Periodic services: Quarterly HVAC grille cleaning; semiannual cleaning of blinds, windowsills, upholstered chairs, cubicle walls, and utility closets; annual carpet cleaning, floor stripping/waxing/buffing, vent and light-cover cleaning, and glass cleaning. Glass includes approximately 55 windows, 1 glass double door, and 46 doors with sidelights.
Supplies and equipment: Include all labor, supervision, commercial equipment, HEPA vacuums, cleaning products, and restroom consumables.
Site visit: Mandatory attendance on October 14, 2026, at 10:00 AM Eastern Time; arrive promptly and remain for the full visit.
Pricing: Provide monthly routine cleaning pricing, separate periodic-service prices, and an hourly rate for requested COVID-19 disinfection requiring response within 24 hours. Include pricing for renewal years.
