What the job is
Facilities: Ten single-level cabins: six at 675 sq. ft. and four at 854 sq. ft., each with two bedrooms, one bathroom, kitchen/dining area, living room, and screened porch.
Volume and term: Approximately 620 cabin cleanings annually, January 5, 2027–January 4, 2030; quantities are not guaranteed.
Routine cleaning: Remove trash; sweep and disinfect linoleum floors; clean windows, walls, and surfaces; sanitize mattresses, bathrooms, kitchens, appliances, and kitchenware; vacuum furniture; clean and hose down porches; check inventory and restock supplies.
Scheduling: Clean cabins on checkout day with 48-hour notice, including weekends as needed. Summer cleanings occur on Mondays.
Staffing and supplies: Include labor, onsite supervision, equipment, and cleaning supplies. Toilet paper and trash bags are provided onsite.
Optional annual deep cleaning: Quote separately for each cabin, including cleaning behind furniture and appliances, walls and ceilings, interior/exterior windows, blinds, appliance coils, cupboards, light fixtures, porches, and upholstery stains.
