What the job is
Facility: Approximately 60,000 sq. ft. across six floors, including 53,600 sq. ft. of carpet, 6,400 sq. ft. of hard flooring, 13 restrooms with 47 stalls, two showers, five kitchen areas, four elevators, and four stairways.
Schedule and staffing: Monday–Friday; daytime service between noon and 5:00 PM ET with no more than two day porters, and evening service between 5:00 PM and 11:00 PM ET with at least two staff. On-site crew leadership required; staff must be within a 30-minute drive.
Routine cleaning: Trash and recycling removal, vacuuming, mopping, dusting, restroom sanitation and restocking, kitchen cleaning, and cleaning of elevators, stairways, entrances, and glass; include weekly and monthly detail cleaning.
Periodic cleaning: Semiannual carpet cleaning, hard-floor stripping/sealing/waxing/buffing, and restroom deep cleaning; quarterly interior glass and window-shade cleaning.
Equipment and supplies: Cleaning equipment, chemicals, consumables, storage, and utilities are provided on-site.
Personnel: Routine and emergency cleaning must be performed by your employees. Include background checks, access badges, and fingerprint clearance for designated personnel in your pricing.
Service term and pricing: One year starting January 1, 2027, or later, with two optional annual renewals. Provide monthly and annual pricing for each year, plus hourly rates for emergency and special cleaning; emergency response required within one hour.
Mandatory site visit: October 7, 2026, at 10:00 AM ET, first-floor Conference Room 118. Preregistration required by September 30, 2026, at noon ET.
