Archdale Center: Approximately 20–40 officer-hours weekly as needed, generally within Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–8:00 p.m.; hours are not guaranteed.
Duties and staffing: Patrols, access control, facility opening/closing, safety escorts, incident reporting, and emergency assistance. Provide qualified, background-screened officers, supervision, relief staffing, uniforms, and routine equipment.
Pricing: Fully burdened hourly rates and annual totals with and without a dedicated patrol vehicle. Use 6,084 annual officer-hours for staffing estimates; itemize vehicle costs and separate Sunday, special-event, holiday, emergency, and overtime rates.
Term: One year, with up to two additional one-year renewals.
