What the job is
Pricing: Provide manufacturer list-price discounts and hourly service rates, including installation, programming, and support. Identify freight charges; no travel or parking charges for Chapel Hill or Carrboro.
Equipment and warranty: New equipment from authorized resellers, with at least 12 months of warranty coverage from operation, including parts, labor, freight, and technician travel.
Installation: Follow AVIXA standards with a CTS-certified or higher lead installer onsite. Include system documentation, editable programming files, and user training upon request.
Support: During warranty, respond within 24 hours and complete maintenance within three business days; afterward, respond within 48 hours and complete maintenance within two weeks.
Qualifications: At least five years of AV integration experience, two full-time installers, and staff certified in CTS, PMP or an accepted equivalent, Level 1 control system programming, and Level 1 DSP programming.
