Software and licensing: Commshop perpetual licensing and hosted subscription, with service through June 30, 2027.
Implementation: Review workflows, user roles, data structure, conversion plans, and training needs; install software and configure database fields, supporting tables, permissions, menus, and reports.
Data conversion: One-time migration of asset information, site data, and parts/consumable inventory.
Training: User training with a manual and recorded sessions, scheduled by mutual agreement.
Hosting and security: High-availability hosting in two geographically separated data centers within the contiguous United States; FIPS 140-2-compliant encryption at rest and in transit; independent security audits at least biennially.
Pricing: Itemize licensing/software, hosting, implementation services, and training separately.
