Sample setup 2: Supply and install 40 exterior cameras with video proxy configuration, 10 fencing sensors, 5 outdoor motion detectors, and 1 centralized Command Center software node.
Installation and warranty: New equipment, certified technicians, configuration, integration, testing, documentation, on-site training, and a minimum 1-year warranty covering parts, hardware, software, and defect-correction labor.
Existing system support: Aiphone, Allegion, Avigilon, Hanwha, Hirsch, Honeywell, Velocity, and Verint where supported through standard manufacturer channels.
Pricing: Quote each sample separately, itemizing hardware, labor hours, and labor costs. Include maximum hourly rates and hardware/software discounts off MSRP. Rates must include overhead; travel time, mileage, fuel surcharges, and portal-to-portal fees are non-billable.
Service coverage: Statewide support Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m. Eastern, with 2-hour acknowledgment and 6-hour on-site response.
