Bonds

Licenses and certifications

• Corporations and LLCs must be registered and in good standing with the Louisiana Secretary of State to hold a purchase order or contract over $25,000. (Solicitation document, p. 9)

Contract term

• The contract runs 12 months from January 12, 2027 or date of award, whichever is later, to January 11, 2028. (Solicitation document, p. 2)
• The State may extend the contract for two additional 12 month periods at the same discount structure, terms and conditions, for a total of no more than 36 months. (Solicitation document, p. 2)

Pricing format
