Sample setup pricing: Supply and install 12 Hanwha IP cameras, 1 video management server with licenses, 4 Hirsch door controllers with fobs, and 2 panic buttons, including a one-year warranty.
Sample perimeter pricing: Supply and install 40 exterior cameras with video proxy configuration, 10 fencing sensors, 5 outdoor motion detectors, and a centralized Command Center software node.
Quote breakdown: Itemize hardware, labor hours, and labor costs for each sample scenario. Include maximum hourly rates and separate hardware and software discounts off MSRP; rates must include overhead with no separate travel charges.
Warranty and service: Minimum one-year warranty with defect correction labor included; weekday support from 8 a.m.–5 p.m. Eastern, with two-hour acknowledgment and six-hour on-site response.
