QA/QC and management: Review acquisition packages, maintain tract records and data, and coordinate schedules, settlements, and project reporting.
Survey: Stake new and existing right of way on affected parcels.
Pricing and term: Provide all-inclusive unit rates for each service; quantities vary by project. Anticipated start is January 2, 2027, for one year with two annual renewal options.
