Services: Manage construction, onsite engineering, inspections, scheduling, costs and changes, environmental health and safety, permits, startup coordination, and final records.
Scope: Oversee replacement of four 54-inch gate valves and piping, historic masonry and roof rehabilitation, electrical and security upgrades, and repairs to the approximately 7,000-foot blow-off conduit, discharge channel, and site.
Schedule: Anticipated September 2027–October 2034, including construction May 2028–April 2033 and 18 months of project closeout.
Qualifications: New York engineering firm authorization and licensed professional engineers for the Construction Manager and Resident Engineer roles.
Staffing: Both lead roles must be staffed directly by the prime firm, which must perform at least 51% of services itself.
