Electrical scope: Main campus switch replacement and distribution network upgrades, including switchgear, transformers, wiring, cable, boxes, and conduit.
Design services: Existing-condition surveys, Program of Requirements development, cost estimates, schematic design, design development, construction documents, and bid support. Include a hazardous material survey.
Construction oversight: Construction administration through closeout, with at least eight on-site hours per week during construction, excluding travel, plus progress meetings and written field reports.
Site conditions: Coordinate associated demolition, excavation, concrete work, testing, and commissioning within an occupied maximum-security facility.
Budget and schedule: $4.3 million construction budget; professional services anticipated January 2027 through December 2028, with construction November 2027 through November 2028.
Team: Ohio-registered architect or engineer with electrical engineering support.
