Systems: Bioretention, permeable pavement, synthetic turf, wetlands, green roofs, and subsurface stormwater detention/retention; design for a minimum 2-inch runoff capture from tributary areas.
Site investigations: Existing conditions assessments, geotechnical and infiltration testing, and topographic, underground utility, and vegetation surveys.
Design: 30%, 75%, 90%, and 100% plans and specifications, drainage calculations, cost estimates, permitting, and maintenance manuals.
Construction support: Bid support, site visits, submittal and RFI reviews, design changes, sealed as-built drawings, and closeout assistance.
Qualifications and pricing: New York State engineering authorization and appropriately licensed staff. Include labor rates, overhead, fees, direct costs, and pricing assumptions.
