What the job is
Project Management: Establish governance, coordinate stakeholders, develop a work plan, and track milestones, risks, and deliverables.
EHR and Billing: Assess current systems, advise on EHR strategy and configuration, create compliant documentation templates, and develop billing and coding workflows.
Clinical Infrastructure: Develop supervision models, job descriptions, policies, quality-assurance procedures, and staff training materials.
Enrollment and Certification: Support provider enrollment, BHA 432 designation, CCSS certification, staff credentialing, site reviews, and audit readiness.
Waiver Support: Provide guidance on 1115 justice-involved waiver compliance, eligible billing, and re-entry service models.
Term: Initial 12-month implementation beginning in November 2026, with possible extensions.
Insurance: Maintain general liability and automobile coverage of at least $1,000,000 per occurrence and required workers’ compensation coverage.
