What the job is
Term and schedule: 24 months, with weekly, twice-monthly, or monthly visits by location; includes a correctional facility of approximately 200,000 sq. ft.
Scope: Control rodents, roaches, bedbugs, ants, silverfish, lice, fleas, gnats, bees, and wasps; include all labor, chemicals, equipment, traps, bait, and bait-box servicing.
Special requirements: Protected bait stations at parks; non-caustic, non-discoloring treatments and 15-foot perimeter spraying at historic properties; glue boards at designated facilities.
Unscheduled services: Respond within 24 hours. Provide separate hourly rates for wildlife, flying and crawling insects, and vehicle fumigation, plus unit pricing for bait stations, live traps, and flying-insect equipment.
Qualifications and inspections: Current New Jersey pesticide business and applicator licenses, required site inspections before quoting, and staff background checks and security clearance for restricted facilities.
Pricing: Itemize scheduled services by location and frequency, with a total for the 24-month term; include materials, equipment, and travel.
