Maintenance: Inspect, lubricate, adjust, and calibrate equipment to manufacturer specifications; coordinate visits at least two weeks in advance.
Repairs: Provide scheduled repairs and a 24/7 emergency contact. Begin emergency work within four hours; requests received at or after 6 p.m. require work to begin by noon the next calendar day. Certified technicians and itemized parts-and-labor estimates are required.
Warranty: Minimum 90 days on new parts, materials, and repair labor, with longer manufacturer warranties honored.
Pricing: Include an all-inclusive price per inspection visit, an emergency hourly labor rate including travel, and the parts markup percentage. Estimated repair usage is five labor hours annually.
