What the job is
Eastern Time.
Equipment: Quote available equipment and attachments, including excavators (5–25 metric tons), dozers (80–200 HP), loaders (1–5.5 cubic-yard buckets), rollers (10 or 16 tons), dump trucks, graders, tractors, mowing and forestry equipment, crushers, screens, and cranes (40 or 100 tons). Include models, capacities, and counties served; partial coverage is welcome.
Rental-only rates: Provide daily (8 hours), weekly (5 business days), and monthly (28 calendar days) rates, attachment rates, and hourly delivery/pickup rates by county.
Operator-inclusive rates: Provide hourly rates covering equipment, qualified operators, transportation, fuel, maintenance, and repairs, including potential weekend and holiday work. No separate travel charges or surcharges.
Delivery and pickup: Deliver clean, fully fueled equipment in good working order. Rental-only pickup is required within two business days of notification; equipment with an operator must be removed within 24 hours of project completion.
Schedule: Typical season is May 1–December 1, primarily Monday–Friday, 7:30 a.m.–4:00 p.m. This is an approximately five-year arrangement with project-based scheduling and no guaranteed volume.
