Lever hardware: Install Cal-Royal lever assemblies on interior door B, electrical room door E and fire room door F.
Related hardware: Replace mortise hardware, hinges, closers, jamb seals and thresholds on those doors; replace sweeps on exterior, electrical room, fire room and warehouse doors. Keep existing lock cores and adjust doors to operate properly.
Exterior door: Replace exterior door B with a new fire glass vision lite and paint to match.
Boiler doors: Replace door G’s pair of hollow metal doors with 18-gauge cold-rolled steel doors, honeycomb cores, 45 PSI crush strength, full-length mechanical interlocks and gray primer; paint to match. Include non-removable hinges, locking hardware, two manual flush bolts, two fire louvers and a new threshold; keep the existing lock core.
Warranty: Include a one-year materials and workmanship warranty.
