What the job is
Services: BAS maintenance, troubleshooting, programming adjustments, repairs, integration, testing, commissioning, training, and documentation.
Equipment: HVAC and building systems including air handlers, rooftop units, exhaust fans, pumps, unit heaters, VAV boxes, lighting controls, controllers, sensors, actuators, and communication networks.
Schedule: As-needed work, normally Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:00 PM, with possible after-hours, weekend, holiday, travel, and emergency repair needs.
Pricing needed: Hourly rates by year, after-hours rates, weekend rates, holiday rates, drive/travel time fees, and materials markup.
Requirements: Nevada contractor license, state business license, liability insurance, workers’ compensation insurance, and minimum one-year warranty on labor/workmanship.
