What the job is
Size: Approximately 86,113 cleanable square feet.
Evening cleaning: Monday–Friday, excluding holidays, between 5:30 p.m. and midnight Central Time; minimum three cleaning personnel and 18 labor-hours nightly, with an onsite working supervisor.
Day coverage: Two day porters, one from 7:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m. and one from 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., with staggered one-hour lunches.
Scope: Office, restroom, breakroom, and common-area cleaning; trash removal, vacuuming, mopping, dusting, glass cleaning, restroom disinfection, and consumable restocking.
Floor care: Monthly machine scrubbing and VCT buffing; semiannual carpet wet extraction and floor stripping/refinishing or scrubbing/recoating.
Included supplies: All labor, commercial equipment, eco-friendly cleaning products, restroom consumables, and entrance mats replaced at least semiannually.
Qualifications: At least two years of experience within the past five years cleaning office buildings of at least 86,113 square feet; experienced porters, supervisor, and floor care specialist. Supervisor must live within 30 driving miles. Personnel require fingerprint background checks.
Pricing: Please provide a monthly rate per square foot and total monthly cost, with separate rates for supplemental cleaning services.
