What the job is
Facility: Approximately 15,820 square feet, including four restrooms, one kitchen, one kitchenette, and one break room.
Schedule: Daily cleaning, seven days a week, excluding state holidays. Work must occur Monday–Friday, 4:00 p.m.–12:00 a.m., and Saturday–Sunday, 12:00 p.m.–12:00 a.m.
Scope: Routine cleaning plus scheduled weekly, monthly, quarterly, semiannual, and annual floor, carpet, restroom, glass, and furniture cleaning.
Staff and supplies: Provide an on-site working supervisor for at least 40 hours per week, staff with required background checks, all cleaning equipment and products, and restroom and wastebasket supplies.
Pricing: Quote a monthly price per square foot through October 31, 2027, with prices for up to four one-year renewals. Include separate rates for requested supplemental cleaning and additional personnel.
